GGCA OPENING Wed 1/17
Due to inclement weather and in accordance with Baltimore County Public Schools GGCA will be opening with a 2 hour delay Wednesday 1/17. Normal paid before care begins at 9:30 am school doors open at 10 am, classes begin at 10:15 am. Please drive safely!

Madeline Weyer 1000 Points!

Madeline Weyer became the 5th girl in GGCA history to reach 1000
points last week at MSD.  Congratulations Maddy!

Julia Chandler became the 4th girl in GGCA history to score 1000
points on Tuesday’s game vs. New Covenant.  Congratulations to Julia!

Girls win the Harford Christian Tip Off Tournament

The varsity girls won the harford christian tip off tournament this past weekend. Friday the girls defeated southern Maryland Christian school 55-18 with 10 players scoring. On Saturday they defeated salisbury Christian 54-35 with Maddy Weyer and Julia Chandler each with 17 points. (Both were named to all tournament team).

.. to our girls’ varsity basketball team for winning the MCST State Tournament!

All tournament players were Madeline Weyer and Julia Chandler. Hayley Lynch was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player. Samuel Phillips was also an all tournament player for the boys’ team who made it to the semifinals.

In addition to those recognized in the State Tournament, the following individuals were voted to the MIAC all conference first team: Samuel Phillips, Madeline Weyer, and Julia Chandler. Voted to the all conference second team: Hayley Lynch, Hailey Nye, and Auston Pellegrino.
