2017-18 Basketball Season is Underway!

With 11 returning players from last season, the Eagles look to improve on last season 12-12 record.
With only one senior this season, many players will be asked to step up and the boys are up for the challenge.
So we are looking forward to an exciting season here at Greater Grace.

Led by Sr Captain Sam Phillips ( 1st team all Conference 25.2 pts ) and Jr Captain Auston Pellegrino ( 2nd team all conference 15.3 pts)

Jr. Transfer Josiah Gaddis will help on both ends of the floor and with Classmates Jesse Westera/Trey McBurney/Isaiah Lewis we will count on them to rebound and inside play.

So. Issac Tekie/ Fr. Zion Pettiford /So. Jehu Vandiver are showing great potential early on this pre season in practice

Varsity Girls Basketball Season 2017

This years’ varsity girls squad is looking forward to another great season following their MCST state championship win last season.

Although they graduated 2 starters there is great chemistry with the 3 Returning starters, Maddy, Hayley, and Julia – who have been playing together since 5th grade.

Along with 6 seniors, there’s a lot of young talent coming up the ranks as well. So far the first week of practice it’s looking like it will be another exciting year so plan to come out and cheer these Eagles on this season!
